C. Brandon Sellers, III was born in Houston, Texas in 1968. He obtained a B.S. from Troy State University, in Troy , AL in 1989, received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in the same year. He is admitted to practice before the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Sellers is of counsel to the law firm of Shinbaum, Abell, McLeod, and Campbell located in Montgomery, Alabama.  Mr. Sellers is a member of the Butler County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and is a past committee member for Alabama Lawyer Referral Services Committee.  

Mr. Sellers is married to Samantha R. Sellers and he has two children, Mallory Dawn Sellers and Julia Grace Sellers.

Samantha Rhoades Sellers was born in Dothan, Alabama and grew up in Ozark, Alabama.  Samantha graduated as Salutatorian from George W Long School in Skipperville, Alabama and attended the University of Tampa where she was a member of Delta Gamma social sorority.  Samantha graduated from Troy State University Dothan where she was President of the History Club, a Student Council Representative, Selected as Who’s Who Among American Universities and Colleges, and was a member of  Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society.  Samantha received her B.S. in English from Troy State University Dothan. 

Following graduation from Troy State University Dothan, Samantha attended St. Petersburg State University in St. Petersburg, Russia where she extensively studied the Russian language, culture, and people.

Samantha went to law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.  While at law school Samantha was Senator of the Student Bar Association, was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa Law Fraternity, and was an officer of the Women’s Student Association.  In addition to earning her Juris Doctorate, Samantha also earned a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a certificate in Family Violence Clinical Studies, and a certificate in Mediation Training.

Samantha is licensed to practice in all of the state courts of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.  She is a member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Young Lawyers, and the Butler County Bar Association.

Samantha is married to C. Brandon Sellers, III of Greenville, Alabama.  Brandon and Samantha are the proud parents of one daughter, Julia Grace.  They are members of First Baptist Church in Greenville.
