Hayneville, Alabama
A very small town located in the heart of Lowndes County, Hayneville is the seat of Lowndes County and has a population of less than 1000 residents. In the center of town is a lovely park in front of what we would call “a grand old courthouse!” It is one of the oldest, still functioning courthouses in the state. With the Alabama River just north of town, the area is a hotspot for summer fun on the river, and deer hunting in late fall and winter. People routinely travel north from Florida to hunt deer in Lowndes County, and the residents of the area are always hospitable to the out of town hunters. Sadly, this area is also known for its Civil Rights struggles in the 1960’s and as “Bloody Lowndes” due to the numerous deaths and beatings during the Civil Rights period. However, Hayneville has long since shattered the image of 50 years ago.
At The Sellers Law Firm, we have a long history of representing good, hard working people of Hayneville in many areas of law. Our presence has been felt in the area for over a quarter of a century. Our Hayneville bankruptcy attorneys have represented thousands of people through the years. We know people in Hayneville fall on hard times through no fault of their own. Divorce, unexpected medical bills, loss of jobs, and or other unforeseen expenses have created stress and worry for our clients, and we have helped them resolve all of these issues. What we feel that we really do is to help relief the stress and worry, and allow our clients to get a better night’s sleep. Through the tools created by Congress in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Chapter 13 debt consolidation, we have been able to stop wage garnishments, stop repossessions, and stop home foreclosures. Unlike the debt consolidation companies you see advertised on television, a Chapter 13 provides the benefit of a court order which prevents your creditors from taking any action against you. Our Hayneville bankruptcy lawyers have had tremendous success in saving our clients property and money, and we know we can do the same for you. All consultations are free at The Sellers Law Firm, and we can usually see you within 24 hours.
Our other focus at The Sellers Law Firm is Social Security/SSI disability law. If you can’t work due to a physical or mental impairment, and that impairment is expected to last for more than 12 months, then you might qualify for Social Security/SSI disability. Our Hayneville Social Security lawyers have represented thousands of people and collected millions of dollars in past due Social Security back pay! We believe that you focus on your health and allow us to focus on your case. We will gather such items as medical, school, therapy, counseling, and work records and submit these to Social Security. If you don’t have insurance, we can recommend you to doctors who charge little or no fee to treat you. Also, if you are applying for Social Security disability, why go to the Social Security office to apply when we can simply do the paperwork in our office, and we can submit it to Social Security for you. At The Sellers Law Firm, we don’t get paid unless you do, and we never charge an upfront fee like many other Hayneville Social Security lawyers. Also, all consultations are always free!
